So Much for "Fairly Sure"

Not so long ago I wrote that I was most likely going to buy a Panasonic LX3. Well, so much for it. Yesterday I went and bought an Olympus E-420 kit. It actually cost me less than the LX3 would, and that with two lenses.

The main reason behind getting a DSLR rather than a compact digicam was the ability to see the framing and subject well in strong daylight. I'm yet to take it for a real test, but a few shots taken at home (and low light) show that the convenience and image quality should be just fine.
